While I work with some clients on an ongoing basis, I recommend starting your journey with me by signing up for a one or two day workshop to assess your goals and set an initial plan of action. After this initial appointment, you will have a chance to deside on a self-directed path of meeting every few weeks or months to discuss your next step or for more involved weekly coaching.
If you goals are health or fitness related, I recommend starting with an initial consultation combined with a food log analysis and fitness assessment and exercise prescription.

During this two to three hour appointment, we will discuss your goals, your past challenges in reaching them and we will write out a plan of action that you can either follow on your own or with my assistance.
If your goal is health related, incuding reversing diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or you are dealing with issues with your thyroid or you would like to learn how to prevent cancer or heart disease, I highly recommend adding food log analysis to your initial consultation.
Prior to your appoitment, I will send you a 3-day food log that I will analyze prior to our appointment. During your goal assessment session, we will discuss your current nutritional status and set up goals for helping you heal and prevent future health problems.
This appointment will take 3-4 hours or it can be split into two meetings (with surcharge)
If your goal is health and fitness related, for example, you are trying to lose weight, planning on competing in a sport, wanting to learn a new skill like pull-ups or hand-stands, or you would like to sculpt your body to it's maximum potential, I recommend signing up for a consultation with food log analysis and exercise prescription.
This two day workshop begins with a 3-4 hour consultation and food log assessment on day 1, followed by a two hour fitness assessment and exercise prescription session on a later date.
Following your exercise prescription session, you will have a choice to train independently or sign-up for ongoing training.
